Characteristics application: Eudragit® polyacrylic resin is mainly used as the film-coat material of oral tablet and capsula which is applicable in transdermal casing pyl, and can also act as new-type gel in rectal administration. Direct compression process. Different types of polymer films vary in solubility.
>>RL, RS ,NE 30D are used as water-insoluble film-coating material in sustained release preparation. RL coating is better in permeability compared with RS coating. When compounding these two kinds coating material, you will gain film-coating with different permeability which can be made into wet particles with water and organic solvent to act as retarder. Large amount of dry polymer (5%~20%) can control the active principle's release from the matrix. Polymer with 10%~50% can adapt direct compression process.
>> L 30D-55 is the anionic moisture dispersion equivalent to C type methacrylic acid copolymer described by USP/NF20.
>> L 30D-55 acts as the enteric coating material of solid preparation which is insoluble in gastric juice but dissolves easily when pH value is above 5.5.
